Kelly was born and raised in Orange County, California and has a passion for all things home, especially homes with character. She started her real estate profession in title and worked her way into a dream job of designing and then staging houses. It was a natural progression for her to serve her clients as their realtor, too.

Chris and Kelly Elder started staging homes in 2018, when a neighbor asked Kelly for some help in selling her house. It sparked a love of staging and prompted Kelly to seek her certification in the service.
As a husband and wife team, they pride themselves on quality over quantity and providing the best customer service to their clients. Their focus is highlighting a home's best features to give potential buyers a vision of what the home has to offer — from fixer uppers to newly remodeled homes, small condos to larger single family homes.
Vacant Stage
The homeowners have moved out while the house is being sold and it's a blank slate. Our team creates the best space plan and provides the furniture to highlight the home's selling points. Full service staging.
Occupied Stage
The homeowners are living in the home while it is being sold. Our team reconfigures the current furniture and decor to highlight the home's selling points — a hands-on experience recreating each space — and will shop or provide links for any new items that refresh the home before it sells.
Consultation
Prefer to stage it yourself? This two hour consultation walks you through each space in the home with staging tips and tricks, feedback on ways to edit and highlight the home for the best possible sale, and — if needed — new paint colors or fixtures.
That's why staging a home — showing the buyer where furniture will go — is so important.
Staging a home can decrease the amount of time it is on the market and increase the amount a buyer offers.

Design.
Let Kelly help you make your house a home.
Kelly's design services include anything from full redesigns of a home to the finishing touches. She'll help guide you on the project to create a space that feels relaxed, yet high end. We aim to maximize your investment on pieces that are quality, timeless and provide ease with animals or children. Our specialty is space planning — taking your existing pieces and making them feel cohesive and fresh.
Consultations
Kelly walks the home with you and gives ideas on the best space plan, furniture placement, and overall flow — so you can take those ideas and run with them.
Design Consulting
A plan tailored to your budget and your lifestyle. Kelly sources the design elements, oversees construction with the general contractor, communicates with the trades, then finishes with styling that's magazine worthy and livable.
Redesign Refresh
Recreate your space using all or some of your current pieces. If needed, she'll source a few new things to make it feel fresh and new — but still you, and in your budget.
Move-in Package
Kelly can help reconfigure your furniture and decor from your old home into your new home.
