Their focus in staging is highlighting a homes best features to give potential buyers a vision of what the home has to offer. They have staged fixer uppers to newly remodeled homes and small condos to larger single family homes.

PACKAGES

Vacant Stages  + Occupied Stages  + Staging Consultations

Vacant Stage - The homeowners have moved out of the home while it is being sold and the house is a blank slate. Our team will come in and create the best space plan and provide the furniture to highlight the homes selling points. This package provides full service staging.

Occupied Stage - The homeowners are currently living in the home while it is being sold. Our team will reconfigure the current homeowner's furniture and home decor to highlight the homes selling points. This is a hands on experience by the stager to recreate each space. In addition, our team will offer to shop or provide links for any new items that will help to refresh the home before it is sold.

Staging Consultation - The homeowners are currently living in the home while it is being sold, but prefer to stage it themselves (DIY). This two hour consultation walks the homeowner through each space in the home, while providing  staging tips and tricks.  The stager will provide feedback on ways to edit and highlight the home for the best possible sale. If needed, our team will provide ways to update the home with new paint colors or fixtures.

1 in 10 people can visualize a space. This is why staging a home to show the buyer where furniture will go is very important.

Staging a home can decrease the amount of time it is on the market and increase the amount a buyer offers.
